Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines ALLSAFE (Accor Hotels)

Cleanliness

Mostly reported as clean or spotlessly clean in several reviews, but a few guests noted dirty rooms and visible wear (chipped paint), which lowers the score.

Service

Staff are frequently described as extremely friendly and accommodating (early check-in, helpful receptionists like Rosa and Ramona, gestures to children), though a small number of reports mention rude or unhelpful staff.

Location

Consistently praised as perfect — steps from Grand Place and the central station, ideal for Christmas markets and city sightseeing.

Room Quality

Rooms are often called cozy, modern and sometimes spacious (triple rooms), but there are repeated complaints about poor/old mattresses, body indents, small room size in some cases, and general signs of age.

Amenities

Breakfast, free water refill and provision of items like a fan are positives; however, lack of in-room tea/coffee, no central AC in winter and limited in-room amenities reduce the rating.
